באיחור רב קבלתי מכתבה, בו כותבת על דבר רצונה הטוב לעשות התלוי בה לעילוי נשמת בעלה ע"ה, תבדל לחיים טובים, -
ובזה למסור דירה שתשמש מרכז להפצת היהדות בכלל, ועניני חסידות חב"ד בפרט, כיון שגדלה וחונכה באוירה וברוח חב"ד, וכו'.
והנה מובן אשר רצון טוב הוא וכדאי להוציאו לפועל ובהקדם ובהרחבה, וכפי שכותבת שרוצה לעשות עוד דברים נוספים בזה.
ובנוגע לפרטים איך להביא הענין לפועל ובאופן הכי יעיל לתועלת הרבים, שזה הרי תלוי בתנאי המקום וכו', כדאי שתבוא בדברים עם עסקני חב"ד אשר באה"ק ת"ו, שבודאי יתענינו בהענין בשימת לב הדרושה, והרי
נאמר
ותשועה ברוב יועץ.
וזכות הרבים מסייעתה לבשר טוב בכל האמור מתוך בריאות הנכונה וטוב לבב.

With much delay I received your letter, in which you write about your good desire to do something within your ability for the elevation of your husband's soul of blessed memory—may you be separated for good life—and specifically to dedicate an apartment that will serve as a center for spreading Judaism in general and Chabad chassidus in particular, since you grew up and were educated in the atmosphere and spirit of Chabad, etc.
It is understood that this is a good desire and it is worthwhile to bring it into action promptly and expansively, as you write that you wish to do even more in this regard.
Regarding the details of how to bring this matter into action in the most effective way for the benefit of the many—which depends on local conditions, etc.—it would be advisable for you to discuss it with the Chabad activists in your area, who will surely take an interest in this matter with the necessary attention. As it is said: "Salvation comes through many counselors." The merit of the community will assist you to share good news about all the above with proper health and joy of heart.
