בנוגע למקוה – כדאי לעשות בכל הכיוונים (הן דהרב אייכענשטיין שי', הן בביהכנ"ס, הן לבנות). והכרח דעוד מקומות פשוטה.
בנוגע לפרנסתו – כדאי שיַמשיך במשרתו עתה. וכן באַקַאונטס פרטיים כפי האפשרי.
הנהלת מושב זקנים וכיו"ב – אינו ענין בשבילו.

Regarding the mikveh—it is worthwhile to act in all directions (both with Rabbi Eichenstein shiy"ch, both in the synagogue, and for women). The necessity for additional locations is obvious.
Regarding your livelihood—it is advisable that you continue in your current position for now. Also, manage private accounts as much as possible. The management of an old age home and similar matters are not for you.
