יחפשו בשביל בתם תי' משרה וכיו"ב בסביבה מתאימה, וימצאו ידידים שיציעו אותה לבתם באופן שלא תחשוד

שהם בקשום עד"ז (או אפילו יודעים עד"ז).
תוספת הורים במילוי רצון השם (חיי יום יום ע"פ שו"ע) – ממשיכה ברכות ה' גם לילידיהם.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
They should look for a position for their daughter, may she live, in an appropriate environment, and find friends who will offer it to their daughter in such a way that she will not at all suspect that they requested it or even know about it.
The addition of parents fulfilling the will of Hashem (as in Hayom Yom according to Shulchan Aruch) brings the blessings of Hashem also to their children. I will mention the names at the Tziyun.

The Rebbe teaches that discreetly helping one's child and fulfilling Hashem's will brings blessings upon both parents and children.
