Merit is brought about on a meritorious day — the birthday of the two great luminaries: Admor HaBaal Shem Tov, who taught and instructed "Tzohar Ta'aseh LaTeivah, Bo El HaTeivah" ("Make a window for the ark, come into the ark") — that one must illuminate the words of prayer and Torah and enter them fully; and the birthday of Admor HaZaken, author of the Siddur and Shulchan Aruch.
May it be G‑d's will that this synagogue be a great house where prayer and Torah are elevated with enthusiasm, vitality, and strong will in the expansiveness of Eretz HaKodesh, serving as an example from their conduct even when they were in distress.
With honor and with blessings for being inscribed and sealed for good.
