I acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you request a blessing from Sunday, Adar until Elul. At an auspicious time, it will be read at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, may his merit protect us.
Since we have been assured "You have toiled and you have found," let them study diligently and persistently both Nigleh and Chassidus—so much so that the Torah itself calls this true effort. This learning should lead to action: fulfilling mitzvos with excellence. Then the promise will be fulfilled—"and you will find."
