במענה למכתבה מיום י"ח סיון,
כיון
שלפעמים העכוב בברכת ה' לזרעא חייא וקימא בא מחסרון דיוק וזהירות בקיום חוקי ודיני טהרת המשפחה (נדה, הפסק טהרה, טבילה במקוה כשרה וכו') וכיון שחסרון ידיעה מביא לחסרון בקיום – עליהם לברר אצל רב מורה הוראה כל הפרטים בזה ועל מנת לשמור עליהם מכאן ולהבא ככל הדרוש.
וכל זה בתוככי הנהגה בחיי היום יומים שתהא מתאימה להוראות תורתנו תורת חיים וקיום מצותי'
עליהם נאמר
וחי בהם, שנוסף על העיקר שכן הוא ציווי הקב"ה, הרי זה גם הדרך לקבלת הברכה בהמצטרך להאדם.
והרי בעניני תורה ומצות ככל שיהי' המצב גם טוב בזה – תמיד יש מקום להוסיף כיון שקשורים בהקב"ה שהוא אין סופי.

In response to your letter from the 18th of Sivan: Since sometimes the delay in G‑d's blessing for living and lasting offspring comes from a lack of precision and care in observing the laws and rules of family purity (niddah, hefsek taharah, immersion in a kosher mikveh, etc.), and since lack of knowledge leads to lack of proper observance—they should clarify all the details with a rabbinic authority and resolve to observe them from now on as required.
All this should be within a daily lifestyle that aligns with the directives of our Torah, the Torah of life, and fulfillment of its mitzvos about which it is said 'v'chai bahem' (and you shall live by them). Beyond being an essential command from the Holy One Blessed Be He, this is also the path to receive blessings for what a person needs.
And regarding matters of Torah and mitzvos—no matter how good one's situation may be—there is always room to add more since they are connected to the Holy One Blessed Be He who is infinite.
