In response to your question in your letter from the 6th of Nissan, your reasoning is correct to also put on Tefillin D'Rabbeinu Tam. See Shulchan Aruch Admor Hazaken, Siman 34, Seif 1; Tanya, end of Chapter 1; his Siddur – beginning of the laws of Tefillin.
