With pleasure and joy I received your letter about you and your family moving to our holy land—may it be in a good and successful hour both materially and spiritually.
Regarding your place of residence, my opinion is known: preference should be given to Nachalat Har Chabad; only if that is impossible—meaning there is no available housing there—should you then look into Kfar Chabad.
May it be the will of Hashem, Who watches over each individual with Divine Providence, that whichever decision you make will be for the good.
At an auspicious time I will mention your name at the Ohel.
