הכללי דשבועיים שלפני זה ובהמשך לתוכנו, הנני פונה בזה לכל אחד ואחת מאנ"ש יחיו, אשר הי' הדבור של חיבה מצוי בין כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ובינם ולמדו תורתו והלכו בדרכיו ובאורחותיו, אשר, כאמור גם עתה בודאי עושים כן,
ובפרט עתה בבואנו מיום סגולה, יום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר,
בפני' ובקשה פנימית להתעורר בהתעוררות אמיתית ובמרץ הדרוש לבסס את מוסדות החינוך שנתייסדו על ידו בחיים חיותו בעלמא דין, לרבות המוסדות חינוך שנתייסדו לאחר מכן על שמו ומתנהלים ברוחו ועל פי הוראותיו, לבסס אותם ככל הדרוש ויותר, במסירה ונתינה נפשית, ואין צריך לומר בטרחה גופנית, ועל אחת כמה וכמה בממונם, ולהוסיף עליהם מוסדות חינוך חדשים כמוהם בכל מקום שאפשר, ולבססם ולהגדילם ולהאדירם.
ובודאי
יחנכו את כל בניהם שי' ואת כל בנותיהם תי' במוסדות אלו – ברוחו ועל פי תורתו והוראותיו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר.
מובן שאין בזה פגיעה ח"ו בהיוקר והחשיבות של מוסדות חינוך על טהרת הקודש של כל אחינו בני ישראל, אבל כחובת התלמיד לרבו (חובה שהיא זכות ונח"ר להרב) – על כל אחד ואחת מאנ"ש – נוסף על הפעולות לטובת עניני מוסדות חינוך על טהרת הקודש בכלל – להתאמץ בפרט בביסוס מוסדות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ולהרחיבם ולחנך את בניהם ובנותיהם במוסדות אלו,
אשר בודאי יצליחו בחינוכם בהם ויגדלו בהם
וילכו
מחיל אל חיל,
וישפיעו בכל זה בסביבתם, אשר מהם יראו וכן יעשו הקרובים והידידים וגם הרחוקים לעת עתה.
וכ"ז בזריזות כו' – כמבואר במכתב הנ"ל
וזריזות
מביאה לידי כו' קדושה כו'.
וכבקשת והפצרת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר כמה פעמים במשך חיים חיותו בעלמא דין – כידוע ומפורסם.
ובודאי אשר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר יעורר רחמים רבים על כל
העושים
והמעשים בכיוון האמור, בכל המצטרך להם ולבני ביתם שיחיו, ובנקודה הפנימית – לראות רב נחת חסידותי אמיתי מכל בניהם ובנותיהם שיחיו.

דמעלין בקודש ובזריזות, יזדרזו ויוסיפו בפעולות האמורות וכל המוסיף מוסיפין לו

To Anash and especially all those connected to the Rebbe Rayatz who follow his paths and ways, among all lovers of Torah and mitzvah, may Hashem be upon them for life.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
In addition to the general letter from two weeks ago and as a continuation of its content, I now turn to each and every member of Anash, who had a relationship of affection with the Rebbe Rayatz and learned his Torah and followed his ways—as certainly they continue to do so now—especially as we come from a special day, the yahrzeit of the Rebbe Rayatz. I make a heartfelt request to awaken with genuine enthusiasm and energy to strengthen the educational institutions he established during his lifetime in this world—including those founded later in his name and conducted in his spirit according to his directives—to strengthen them as much as needed and even more so, with selfless devotion, not to mention physical effort, and certainly financially. Furthermore, to establish new similar educational institutions wherever possible, strengthening, enlarging, and enhancing them.
Certainly all their sons and daughters will be educated in these institutions—in his spirit and according to his Torah and directives. Of course this does not diminish the value or importance of other institutions for pure Torah education for all our Jewish brethren; but just as a student has an obligation (which is also a privilege) toward their teacher—so too every member of Anash—in addition to supporting Torah education generally—should especially strive to strengthen the Rebbe Rayatz’s institutions: expanding them and educating their children within them. Surely they will succeed in this education; their children will grow from strength to strength and influence their surroundings so that relatives, friends—even those distant for now—will follow their example.
This should be done with alacrity—as explained in the aforementioned letter—and such zeal leads to further holiness. This was also repeatedly requested by the Rebbe Rayatz during his lifetime—as is well known.
Certainly the Rebbe Rayatz will arouse great mercy for all those involved in these efforts—for themselves and their families—and at its core: that they see abundant true chassidic nachas from all their sons and daughters.
According to the directive of always increasing in holiness with zeal, let everyone hasten and increase these activities; whoever adds is granted even greater additions from Hashem’s full open holy wide hand—and with alacrity His word will swiftly be fulfilled.

Summary
The Rebbe calls on Chabad chassidim to redouble their dedication—spiritually, physically, and financially—to strengthening existing educational institutions founded by the Previous Rebbe as well as establishing new ones wherever possible. Educating children within these schools ensures lasting chassidic impact for generations.
