The Rebbe encourages learning Torah with joy, referencing the verse 'Pekudei Hashem Yesharim Mesamchei Lev.' He also advises following the doctor's instructions regarding health matters and assures that he will mention the recipient at the holy resting place.

שלום וברכה!

פקודי ה' ישרים משמחי לב – וילמוד תורה בשמחה.

ורפא ירפא – יעשה כהוראות רופא בהנ"ל.

אזכיר עה"צ לכהנ"ל.

I will mention [you] at the holy resting place.

And it is said: Shalom u'Vrachah! 'Pekudei Hashem Yesharim Mesamchei Lev' (The precepts of G‑d are upright, rejoicing the heart) — and let him learn Torah with joy.

Even though there is 'Venorfa Yerape' (and he shall surely heal) — he should follow the doctor's instructions in this matter.
