שתקבל משרה חלקית – נכון הוא.

When, with G‑d's help, your husband's livelihood improves—then automatically his mood will also improve and both of you will have greater peace and blessings! The arguments will decrease and be nullified.

In the meantime, from her side she should try not to pay attention to them at all—and this itself will nullify the arguments.

It is correct for her to accept a part-time position.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that improving one's financial situation can lead to better emotional well-being and marital harmony. In the interim, focusing less on disagreements helps reduce conflict. Taking a part-time job is a positive step.
