If: 1) It can be arranged (by the writer) that someone here will be involved with them during their stay here. 2) Those wishing to travel assure that through this, their involvement in Tzivos Hashem matters will increase (as they estimate). 3) They will not incur significant debt through this, etc.—then the trip should proceed successfully.
