In response—to your question about how to help your daughter—when parents behave daily as desired, Shalom u'Vrachah!

The Healer of all flesh and Performer of wonders (that is, Hashem), as explained in Shulchan Aruch—He increases the success of treatment through a doctor in your location (who is an agent of the Healer of all flesh) for the children of such parents. Even if it seems difficult for the parents to change their conduct—know that they do even harder things for their children's benefit.

There is absolutely no need to travel here, since the above is my answer. Instead, give the travel expenses to charity in merit of your daughter. I will mention her at the Tziyun.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that consistent parental conduct aligned with G‑d's will greatly benefits a child's wellbeing. Even challenging changes are worthwhile for a child's sake, and giving charity in place of unnecessary travel brings blessing.
