I acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you requested a blessing regarding matters from the 29th of Shevat. At an auspicious time, it will be read at the Ohel of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
Regarding your travels that you wrote about: they should be as you desire. However, my opinion is known—not to cross the International Date Line in the middle of Sefirah days. Also, if possible (easily), you (the traveler and his family) should avoid entering Australia until after the second day of Yom Tov Sheni shel Galuyot.
