I acknowledge receipt of your letter, and as we discussed in our face-to-face conversation, I do not see any permission for me to instruct anyone to favor one party over another; in such matters, even a small amount is as significant as a large sum, as we discussed at length.
The matter is different when the person involved himself claims and requests it.
