אשר מסרו נפשם על יסודה והנהלתה ובאופן עד למסירת נפש על עניני הישיבה ועיקרה - התלמידים התמימים,
והרי דברי צדיקים ועאכו"כ העשי' שלהם, קיימים לעולם ופועלים פעולתם,
יהי רצון שביום זכאי זה וממנו ולהבא, יושפע בכאו"א מתלמידי התמימים ובכל ההולכים בדרכיו ואורחותיו תוספת אור וחיות וכח בעניניהם הרוחנים ובעניניהם הגשמים,
ובהנקודה - להיות נרות להאיר,

As we stand on the birthday of the Rebbe (the Rashab), founder and director of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim—together with the Previous Rebbe—who gave their lives for its founding and leadership, even to self-sacrifice for matters concerning the yeshiva and especially its core—the temimim students—and since the words and especially the actions of tzaddikim endure forever and have a lasting effect, may it be G‑d's will that on this auspicious day and from now on, every one of the temimim students and all who follow in their ways receive increased light, vitality, and strength in both their spiritual and material matters. The essence is to be "candles to illuminate," as was hoped by the founders and directors of the yeshiva—the Rebbe (the Rashab) and the Previous Rebbe—may their memory be a blessing for life in both worlds.
