ומובן שבכגון זה צ"ל התייעצות כולם יחד - הנהלות בתי הכנסיות - וועד הרוחני בראשיתו של הרה"ג הרה"ח בעל מדות וכו' שליט"א מרא דאתרא,
בה ידונו ע"ד האמור והקשור בזה.
וגדול זכות הרבים אשר יכוונו בהחלטותיהם לתכלית האמיתית, כיוון לרצון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר מייסד הכפר ומנהלו.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 27th of Tishrei, in which you write about the synagogues in Kfar Chabad, founded and managed by my father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel—their development and expansion, etc.
It is understood that in such matters there should be consultation among everyone together—the administrations of all synagogues—and the spiritual committee headed by Haraha"g Haraha"ch, a person of character traits, etc., shlita, mara d'atra. There they should discuss what was mentioned and all related matters.
The merit of many is great when their decisions are directed toward the true purpose—aligning with the will of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, founder and director of the village.
With blessings for success in all matters concerning the synagogue within all affairs of Kfar Chabad.
