מובן ששמעתי ע"ד כו"כ מאנ"ש שי' שנוהגים אחרת ולא עוד אלא ש"מלבישים" את זה באיצטלא של יר"ש - ומצטער אני עליהם ועוד יותר על יו"ח שי' - שהרי אלה הצאן מה חטאו. ויה"ר שגם על אלה הנחשלים יערה רוח ממרום וכו'.

Based on what we have heard many times from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel—it is obvious that the education of the sons and daughters of Anash must take place in Chabad educational institutions at every stage of their age.
It is understood that I have heard about several from Anash who act differently, and not only that, but they "clothe" this behavior in a guise of fear of Heaven—and I am pained for them and even more so for their children—after all, what have these lambs done wrong? May it be G‑d's will that even those who lag behind will be inspired from Above, etc.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true education for Anash children must always be within Chabad institutions. Rationalizations to do otherwise are misguided; our responsibility is to ensure every child receives authentic Chabad chinuch at every age.
