Shalom u'Vrachah!
I open with blessing and thanks that I see from your letter that your health has improved; may it be G‑d's will that your recovery be complete and also swift.
As you requested once again, I will mention you at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. May the merit of your activities in supporting and spreading Torah stand by you for the fulfillment of all your heart's desires for good.
It is clear that it is a great pain that the support for the rescue fund has dwindled so much at a time when the need and demand are only increasing more and more. Surely a public activist like yourself does not need advice on how to fill the lack from other sources; after all, for those in need it does not matter from which funds their help comes.
On this occasion of Pesach Sheni—and from one topic to another in the same vein—it is well known the saying of my father-in-law, the Rebbe: The lesson of Pesach Sheni is that for a Jew "iz keinmal nit farfallen" (it is never too late), and sometimes the second opportunity is even better than the first in certain details—as hinted also in Pesach Sheni itself, where there was no need to remove chametz beforehand, etc.
With honor and blessing, especially for a swift and complete recovery.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that even when opportunities seem lost or support wanes, it is never too late to act or recover—Pesach Sheni reminds us that second chances can surpass first ones. Faith and perseverance open new paths to fulfill our needs and spiritual growth.
