איך האף אז איר האט געהאט א גוטן און פריילעכן פורים און האט מקיים געווען אלע ענינים פון פורים. בפרט אז אידישע קינדער האבן געהאט גאר א גרויסן חלק אין דעם נס פון פורים, ווי חכמינו ז"ל דערציילן, אז ווען מרדכי האו צוזאמענגעקליבן טויזנטער אידישע קינדער און האט מיט זיי געלערנט תורה ביז מסירות נפש - דאן איז בטל געווארן די גזירה, וליהודים היתה אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר.
דער אויבערשטער זאל העלפן, אז בא אייך בתוך כלל ישראל זאל מקויים ווערן "כן תהי' לנו".

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive your letter in which you write about the various siyumim you are making. It is certainly unnecessary to emphasize to you that for Jews, a siyum is not merely to move on to a higher level; rather, a siyum is truly a beginning to reach further and higher.
May Hashem Yisbarach grant you success so that you will study with diligence and perseverance—learning that leads to action: fulfilling mitzvos with hiddur. May you be a source of true Jewish and chassidic nachas for your parents and teachers. This is really in your own hands, as our Sages of blessed memory said: "Yagata u'Matzasa" (You have labored and found). One only needs to want.
I hope you had a good and joyous Purim and fulfilled all the matters of Purim. Especially since Jewish children had a very great part in the miracle of Purim—as our Sages tell us, when Mordechai gathered thousands of Jewish children and learned Torah with them with self-sacrifice, then the decree was nullified: "U'leYehudim hayta orah v'simchah v'sasson v'yikar" (And for the Jews there was light, joy, gladness, and honor).
May the Eibershter help that for you among all Israel it will be fulfilled: "Ken tehiye lanu" (So may it be for us).
