באיחור זמן נתקבל מכתבו, בו כותב אודות שילוח עניני דפוס ובריבוי וכו' לשם וכו' וכו'.
וכיון שבענין זה ישנם כמה סברות לכאן ולכאן הנני מושך את ידי מלחוות דיעה ומלהשתתף וכו' ואתו רוב הסליחה.
לפלא שזה מזמן רב שלא נתקבל כל עניני דפוס שבהוצאתו, אף שבטח כמנהגו מאז במשך זמן זה הו"ל כמה מהם ובטח ישלח ע"י עו"ר מכל שהופיע, ותודה מראש.
ארשה לעצמי על יסוד סגנון חז"ל עד מאה פעמים- לעורר על מה שנדברנו כ"פ גודל ענין לימוד פנימיות התורה שבדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות, במיוחד בדורנו רב המבוכות וערעור היסודות וכו' ובפרט בארץ הקדושה עלי' נאמר עיני ה"א בה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית שנה, וכבר משנים רבות נעשה לימוד זה נפוץ והולך ומוסיף כדברי רבנו הזקן מייסד תורת חב"ד, אשר תורת החסידות היא נחלת כל עם ישראל כולו, כפירושו כפשוטו לא כענין אשר מייקרים אותו יקר מכל יקר ולכן מצניעים אותו מעין כל וגם מעיני עצמו, ובסגנון הידוע רזא דרזין, כי בדורותינו אלה " מצוה לגלות זאת החכמה", גילוי גם בחיי היום יומים דימי החול ועד שיהי' ניכר בכל דרכיך דעהו, ואין הדבר תלוי אלא ברצון כי היכולת נתונה מאז ומקדם, והציווי הרי מבואר הוא בכמה מספרנו הק' ובהדגשה מיוחדת בספרי הגר"א לא פחות מאשר בספרי רבנו הזקן.

Your letter was received after some delay. You write about sending printed materials and in abundance etc. to such-and-such etc. etc. Since there are many opinions on this matter both ways I am refraining from expressing an opinion or participating etc., and I ask your forgiveness.
It is surprising that for quite some time no printed materials from your publishing house have been received here; surely according to your usual practice during this period several have been published and will surely be sent by those who fulfill your wishes of all that has appeared—thank you in advance.
Allow me—based on our Sages’ style of repeating up to one hundred times—to once again raise what we have discussed several times about the great importance of studying Pnimiyus HaTorah which in our generation has been revealed through Toras HaChassidus; especially in our generation full of confusion and challenges to foundations etc., particularly in the Holy Land about which it is said 'Einei Hashem Elokecha bah meireishis hashanah ve'ad acharis shanah' (the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year until year's end). For many years now this study has become increasingly widespread as stated by Rabbeinu HaZaken founder of Chabad Chassidus—that Toras HaChassidus is an inheritance for all Jews literally—not something so precious that one hides it even from oneself; as is known 'Raza d’Razim,' because in our times 'it is a mitzvah to reveal this wisdom,' revealing even into daily weekday life until 'b’chol derachecha da’eihu' (in all your ways know Him) is evident. The only thing needed is willpower since ability has always existed; and this commandment is explained at length in our holy books with special emphasis also in the works of the Gra no less than those of Rabbeinu HaZaken.
