Shalom u'Vrachah!

I acknowledge receipt of your letter with good news from the publisher regarding your book Taharas Mayim in its third edition. May it be G‑d's will that the printing be completed at a favorable and successful time, and may the desire of Hashem in your hand succeed to spread observance of the purity of Jewish women—Taharas Mayim—and as "water" refers to Torah, according to the instruction of our Torah, a Torah of life.

As is taught by the days of Chanukah, from which we continue onward, this practice has spread and been accepted throughout all Jewish communities—to act as those who are scrupulously careful (mehadrin min hamehadrin), as brought in the halachic authorities to beautify the mikveh as much as possible to fulfill all opinions of our Sages.

If this instruction applies in all places and times, how much more so in our generation—the era preceding Mashiach—at the end of exile, when immediately after describing this period comes the teaching that purity brings about... Eliyahu remembered for good, heralding redemption, and fulfillment of the promise: "And I will sprinkle upon you pure water and you shall be purified." For Hashem's measure is measure for measure: just as through mikveh one purifies... so too Hashem purifies Israel with the true and complete redemption through Mashiach Tzidkeinu.

With honor and blessings for success in all the above for long days and good years.

Summary
