והובטחנו הבא לטהר, וידוע דיוק רבנו הזקן - אשר השנה שנת המאה וחמשים שנה להסתלקות הילולא שלו - לטהר גם אחרים, מסייעין אותו.

I have read your letter as an addition to the letter of your son, and surely by now my response to him has been received.
On this occasion, I express my hope that each of you is doing everything possible in spreading Judaism in general and the wellsprings in particular, as the necessity for this is explained in many places—especially for the residents of the Holy City Jerusalem, may it be rebuilt and established—and for those who have merited and succeeded to be connected with our Rebbeim, the leaders of Chabad. It has been stated: "One who comes to purify is assisted," and it is known that our master the Alter Rebbe—this year marks one hundred and fifty years since his passing—emphasized purifying others as well; such a person is assisted.
