With the help of Hashem, the dedication of the central buildings of the "Tomchei Temimim" Yeshivah in Eretz HaKodesh—Kfar Chabad—will take place this Kislev, which is the month of miracles and redemption that is coming upon us and all Israel for good.

I am sending my blessing and Mazal Tov to all who participate in this great celebration for this great house, together with a heartfelt appeal to all friends and supporters of the yeshivah in particular and to our Jewish brethren who love Torah and mitzvos in general: may this dedication arouse them with even greater strength and vigor to intensify their efforts so that all construction will be completed as soon as possible, debts associated with every stage will be paid off, and the yeshivah will be able to grow and expand both quantitatively and qualitatively, according to both the demand and necessity of our times.

If at all times and places there was a vital need to expand tents of Torah, how much more so in our land—which is called Eretz HaKodesh—and especially in these days, days that are like birth pangs for the world.

In particular—the expansion of "Tomchei Temimim" yeshivos—which our Rebbeim, founders of these yeshivos, commanded: to educate students so they will be "lights to illuminate," enlightening both the eyes and hearts of Jews so they walk in the path of Torah and mitzvah all their lives.

Heaven forbid to turn a deaf ear to the needs and cries of children hungry for bread—the bread of Torah—and thirsty for water—the living waters of Toras Chaim—who knock on the doors of the yeshivah with an inner-soul plea to be accepted into Torah (and love for Torah), avodah (which is prayer—and love for Hashem), and gemilus chassadim (and love for Israel).

Certainly, remembering that this year marks one hundred fifty years since the passing of Rabbeinu HaZaken, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, will add strength and energy in all these matters—within every good action spreading Torah (both revealed and inner), learning that leads to action, serving Hashem with joy and a good heart.

May it be His will before our Father in Heaven that He send blessing and success in all their endeavors; may He bless all deeds and doers—them, their households, and all that is theirs—for long life—in everything needed materially and spiritually together.
