Shalom u'Vrachah!
Thank you for the good news that you have returned home at an auspicious and successful time. May it be G‑d's will that your recovery be complete and also swift.
According to the instruction of our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, that one must live with the weekly Torah portion, this is also the beginning of this week's portion: "Vayeira eilav Hashem... kechom hayom" (And Hashem appeared to him... as the day grew hot). As our Sages explain, both "Vayeira eilav" (And He appeared to him) and "kechom hayom" (as the day grew hot) were for the healing of Avraham Avinu.
With honor and with blessings for a good Shabbos. Shabbos is a time when we refrain from crying out and healing is soon to come. Please send regards to your entire family.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that just as Avraham's healing came at the start of Parshas Vayeira, so too every Jew can draw strength and healing from connecting with the weekly Torah portion. Sharing good news brings blessings for continued recovery and success.
