I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 16th of Menachem Av. Certainly and most certainly: (1) You should continue your visits to... (2) The visit itself, especially the conversations and so on, make an impression (contrary to what you wrote, with all due respect). And please convey regards here from them as well.

I was very greatly pleased to hear that the institution is filled with students (and I hope that every effort is being made to increase its absorption capacity as much as possible). May it be G‑d's will that from this quantitative fulfillment will also come qualitative fulfillment.

May it be G‑d's will that soon you will see how your other "melancholies" (see your letter from the 22nd of Tammuz 5721, and others) will also end this way, and you will fulfill the Creator's command to serve Him (in all your ways) with joy and a good heart.
