Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from Sunday, in which you write about the question of where to live after your wedding, may it be at a good and auspicious time. In general, we have heard many times from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel—based on the teachings of our Sages in many places—that regarding the place of residence and the home itself, one must take into account the opinion of the wife, who is the mainstay of the home. Especially when one of the reasons is the nature of the environment, as women are more sensitive to their surroundings and form many friendships. For these reasons, it is proper to settle in Kfar Chabad; but if this is absolutely impossible for any reason whatsoever, then among other options choose one that fits this principle.
To my knowledge—even though only through letters and not face-to-face—I know his father, the vavac"h iy"a nu"n sheyichyeh. My strong hope is that he has fixed times for studying the inner dimension of Torah as revealed in Chassidus—fixed times every day and with extra study on Shabbat which is holy to Hashem—as stated by the Arizal who lived this way. If at all times and in all places this was necessary, how much more so in our era and in Eretz HaKodesh Tehei Umanah (the Holy Land), as it is written: "Einei Hashem Elokecha bah meireishit hashanah ve'ad acharit shanah" (the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year until year's end).
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that when deciding where to live after marriage, it is important to prioritize the wife's perspective due to her sensitivity to her environment. Ideally one should settle in Kfar Chabad; if not possible, choose a location with this consideration in mind.
