I acknowledge receipt of your letter after Shabbat of Parshat Behaalotecha and the previous one.

... It is obvious that in a place where there is no agreement regarding the mikveh for various reasons, it should be built on the side, and two: for planting and for pouring.

Regarding your writing about nylon and plastic—it seems (almost certain) that there are changes (now, and it also changes from time to time) regarding the materials from which these are made. And since my revered father-in-law considers rubber as something that receives impurity—one should not use these materials either.

At an auspicious time you and all those you mention will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal.
