מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו,
... ויהי רצון אשר כהוראת פרשת שבוע זה: וידבר ה' גו' דבר אל אהרן גו' בהעלותך את הנרות וגו',
יעשה כאו"א כל התלוי בו בכדי להדליק את נר ה' נשמת אדם,
הן הנשמה אשר בעצמו והן נשמות בני ישראל אשר בסביבתו, סביבתו הקרובה וגם הרחוקה,
וכידוע פתגם-הוראת הבעש"ט אשר אהבת ישראל היא אפילו לזה הנמצא בקצה הארץ ולא ראה אותו מעולם,
וישתדל בההדלקה עד שיהא בהעלותך, שתהא שלהבת עולה מאלי'.
והידיעה אשר עושים את האמור ע"פ דבר ה', אשר דבורו של הקב"ה חשיב מעשה, היא עצמה מוסיפה כח ומרץ במילוי שליחות האמורה, מילוי מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב, אשר זוכה למלאות ציווי ה', וק"ל.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter, ... May it be the will that, as taught in this week's Torah portion: 'And the L‑rd spoke... Speak to Aharon... When you kindle the lamps...'—so too should each and every person do all that depends on him to ignite the candle of the L‑rd which is the soul of man, both his own soul and also the souls of Jews around him—those close and even those far away. As is known from the Baal Shem Tov's teaching: Ahavas Yisrael applies even to someone at the ends of the earth whom one has never seen. One should strive in this kindling until it is 'Behaaloscha,' so that the flame rises on its own.
The knowledge that one is doing all this according to G‑d's word—which, as our Sages say, G‑d's speech is considered action—this itself adds strength and energy in fulfilling this mission with joy and gladness of heart, knowing one merits to fulfill G‑d's command. That is sufficient explanation.
With blessing for good news in all mentioned matters—both general and specific.
