מכתבו בו כותב על דבר ביקור הרב מיכאל שליט"א ליפסקר נתקבל באיחור, ומצדי נתעכב המענה כי חכיתי על מכתב הרב ליפסקר לדעת הסכויים למלא משאלותם.
לצערי, כנראה ממכתב הרב ליפסקר, אין לו לעת עתה אברך מתאים מבין תלמידיו שיוכל למלא כל התנאים הדרושים. אף על פי כן בקשתיו להוסיף להשתדל בזה. ובודאי גם כ' מצדו יעשה כל התלוי בו, כיון שחינוך מסורתי הוא הכרח חיוני וקיום הקהלה תלוי בזה. ותקותי שבהשתדלות בדרך הטבע ובהחלטה נחושה יעלה בידם להשיג אדם מתאים לאותה איצטלא וחפץ ה' בידם יצליח.

Your letter regarding the visit of Rabbi Michael shlita Lipsker was received late, and my response was delayed as I awaited Rabbi Lipsker's letter to know the prospects of fulfilling your requests. Regrettably, it appears from Rabbi Lipsker's letter that at present he does not have a suitable Avrech among his students who can meet all the necessary conditions. Nevertheless, I have asked him to continue making efforts in this matter. Certainly, you too will do everything within your power, since traditional education is an essential necessity and the existence of the community depends on it. I hope that with natural effort and firm resolve you will succeed in finding a suitable person for this position and that your endeavors will be blessed by Hashem.
