במענה למכתבו מכ"ב אדר א' בו כותב אשר זכה בגורל לביקור כאן בשעה טובה ומוצלחת בחדש הגאולה הבע"ל ועל כל ישראל לטובה.
ויהי רצון שיהי' כל הנ"ל מראשית הענין ועד אחריתו, כי נעוץ סופן בתחלתן, בהצלחה גדולה, ובפרט שהזוכה בגורל גם זכות הרבים מסייעתו כל אלה שהשתתפו בהגורל.
ועוד להוסיף כיון שמצד המשתתפים כבר נעשית כל הפעולה הצריכה לבוא מצדם, הרי גם המעלה שישנה במעשה לגבי מחשבה,
ובסגנון הזהר הק' עשי' לעילא,
התחילה כבר ופועלת פעולתה.

In response to your letter from the 22nd of Adar I, in which you write that you merited to win the lottery for a visit here at an auspicious and successful time in the upcoming month of redemption for all Israel for good.
May it be G‑d's will that all of the above—from beginning to end, as "their end is wedged in their beginning"—be with great success. Especially since the one who wins the lottery is also aided by the merit of the many—all those who participated in the lottery.
Furthermore, since from the participants' side all necessary actions have already been completed, there is also an advantage in deed over thought; as expressed in the language of the holy Zohar: "action above," it has already begun and is producing its effect.
May it be G‑d's will that all of this be with inner and true joy and gladness of heart.
