יעדע אידישע הויז דארף און מוז זיין אן אפשפיגלונג פון משכן, וואו עס רוהט די שכינה. - ושכנתי בתוכם - און אויף דעם זיינען אנגעזאגט געווארען כל עדת בני ישראל - אלע אידן און יעדער איד אין אלע דורות.
דאס איז דאך די אויפגאבע און ציעל פון אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד, צו אריינטראגען אן יעדער אידישע הויז, אידישע ליכטיקייט און ווארימקייט, באזעלט מיט חסידות'שן געפיל און לעבעדיקייט, אזוי אז מ'זאל קענען מיט רעכט זאגן אז דאס איז א הויז וואו עס רוהט די שכינה.

It is well known, the saying of the Alter Rebbe, founder of Chabad teachings, that one must live with the times—meaning with the weekly Torah portion and its themes. We can and must learn from these portions regarding personal conduct and what we must do for ourselves and for others.
In these weekly portions it is told in detail (with all particulars) how all Jews—men and women—were commanded to build a Mishkan. Then, G‑d says: "V'Shachanti B'Tocham" (I will dwell among them and within them).
One lesson for us now is: every Jewish home should and must be a reflection of the Mishkan—a place where the Shechinah rests. "V'Shachanti B'Tocham" (I will dwell among them)—and this was commanded to all Jews and each Jew in every generation.
This is indeed the mission and goal of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad: to bring into every Jewish home Jewish light and warmth imbued with Chassidic feeling and vitality, so that it can truly be said this is a home where the Shechinah rests.
I send my blessing and express my prayer that Hashem Yisbarach grant you success in this above-mentioned work, and that you be blessed together with your families sheyichyu with all necessities both materially and spiritually.
