Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 23rd of Adar II, in which you write about your situation regarding speech, etc.

Very often this happens because of an event connected to nerves and their tension. Therefore, in addition to following the instructions of the doctors whom you should consult, you should strengthen your trust in Hashem Who watches over every individual with Divine Providence. Then it is said: Hashem Li Lo Ira ("The L‑rd is with me; I will not fear"), and when the measure of fear is diminished, naturally the stuttering will also lessen.

Another piece of advice is that when you encounter a word that causes you to stutter, do not insist on pronouncing specifically that word; instead, try to replace it with another word—ideally after a few seconds have passed and the tension has subsided.

The main thing in all of this—and everything depends on the blessing of Hashem Who forms and guides man—is that living daily life according to the teachings of our Torah, the Torah of Life, and fulfilling its commandments serves as a channel and vessel for receiving Hashem's blessing in all needs. Especially since every Jewish woman is called a daughter of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah.

Blessings for good news in all the above.

Regarding speech: see also above Chai Tet Iggeret 7273 and those referenced in the notes there.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that overcoming challenges like stuttering involves both practical steps and spiritual strengthening—following medical advice while deepening trust in G‑d's providence and living according to Torah brings blessing and improvement.
