מובן וגם פשוט, שמה שכתבתי אליהם בהנוגע לשטח בו יבנה בנין בי"ס החבד"י, הוא רק בתור הערה בעלמא. וההחלטה בזה תלוי' בהאפשריות, תנאי המקום וכו'. ומובן וגם פשוט, שאין בא בחשבון כלל מקום שאין בו חשמל וכו'. ולפלא גם הספק בזה.
במ"ש אודות התכניות בבנית הבנין דישיבת תומכי תמימים, החדש, אשר בכפר חב"ד,
כמדומה כבר כתבתי, שמה שאפשר להורות מכאן הוא רק שרצוי' בני' באופן שתוכל להעשות שלב אחר שלב, ז.א. שכל עוד אין כל האמצעים הדרושים, יוגמר עכ"פ חלק מאגף בו יוכלו להשתמש. אבל באופן שכשיתוסף באמצעים - יוכלו להוסיף בבנין, ויתאים וישתלב בחלק הבנין שקדמו, וק"ל.
במ"ש אודות סידור קורסים, - כמדומה גם בזה כבר כתבתי, שרצוי יותר להשתמש בהקורסים שכבר קיימים בזמן, ובמילא יודעים המעלות והחסרונות שבהם, וממה שיש להזהר. ולא להתחיל במחשבה ע"ד יסוד קורסים משל עצמם ובחפזון הכי גדול, ואין ידוע מי הוא שיהי' המרצה וכו', ועוד ועוד. וכמדומה גם זה נכתב: באם יהי' מספר די חשוב משתתפים בקורסים אלו משל חב"ד, בטח יוכלו לפעול שינוי בתכנית וכיו"ב, באם יש לדרוש שינוים אלו...

In response to your letter from the 28th of Adar Rishon with its enclosures.
It is understood and obvious that what I wrote to you regarding the area where the Chabad school building will be constructed was merely a suggestion. The decision depends on feasibility, local conditions, etc. It is also clear and obvious that a place without electricity is not an option at all. It is surprising that there was even any doubt about this.
Regarding what you wrote about the plans for constructing the new Tomchei Temimim building in Kfar Chabad: I believe I have already written that what can be advised from here is only that it is preferable to build in such a way that construction can proceed step by step. That is, as long as not all necessary resources are available, at least part of one wing should be completed so it can be used. But it should be done so that when more resources become available, additional construction can be added in a way that fits and integrates with the previous part of the building. This should suffice.
Regarding arranging courses: I believe I have also already written about this—that it is preferable to use courses that already exist at this time since their advantages and disadvantages are known and one knows what to avoid. One should not begin thinking about establishing their own courses in great haste when it is not even known who will be the lecturer, etc., and so on.
I believe this too was written: If there will be a sufficiently significant number of Chabad participants in these existing courses, they will certainly be able to effect changes in the program or similar matters if such changes are necessary to demand.
