In response to your letter from Purim Katan regarding the question about organizing a third memorial day, and you ask my opinion on this.

It seems I have already written regarding such matters that the general point is that any matter of positive action is good. Certainly, from a lack of action there will not be any results, even the smallest ones. But it is also understood and obvious that arranging such an event must specifically be done in an organized and properly planned manner.

Additionally, as I have often pointed out to them, the time has long come for Anash in Eretz HaKodesh to engage not only in plowing and sowing but also in harvesting and gathering fruits. Similarly regarding the above matter: there must be a clear purpose aimed at establishing and developing the institution in practice—whether materially (through fundraising or adding supporters and activists, etc.) or spiritually (publicizing the matter so that more students actually join, etc.). According to these possibilities, they should decide, and may Hashem grant them success.
