The content of the victory of Yud Tes Kislev is that our Torah is a Torah of life, relevant every day and to all its parts; each and every person is connected to it and obligated by it out of love for the Creator Who loves us.
May it be G‑d's will that He ignite the youth—our future—and especially those in the Holy Land, to direct their lives toward the light of Torah and mitzvah and their inner illumination, and to spread them throughout their surroundings with chassidic warmth. Then they will be happy, living lives filled with meaningful joy and peace.
May it be G‑d's will that you find your purpose in accepting the yoke, cooperating together, and recognizing that each individual's conduct influences—and sometimes even determines—the fate of the many, for the building and protection of our ancient Eretz Yisrael. For "your camp shall be holy and Hashem your G‑d will dwell among you."
