... With blessings for good tidings and outstanding success in the development of Kfar Chabad according to the will of its founder, the holy Rebbe my father-in-law, of blessed memory. He stands and arouses abundant mercy for all the residents of the village—them, their wives, sons, and daughters—among all Israel, for all their needs both materially and spiritually. May the Guardian of Israel, Who neither slumbers nor sleeps, watch over all their affairs with individual Divine Providence and a vigilant eye for their good in a revealed and apparent way, until our righteous Moshiach comes very soon in our days and redeems us from exile with the true and complete redemption.
