In response to your letter from the 21st of Shevat, thank you for sending summaries of the farbrengens held during the auspicious days in between. Surely, you will continue to report such matters in the future, but with the appropriate and necessary detail.
The main thing is that you should increase your activities in the Chabad vineyard in general, and especially in the area where, as a military rabbi, you are able to accomplish things that cannot be done by others.
May it be G‑d's will that all of the above be with outstanding success. Surely it is unnecessary to remind you to do everything possible to expand and strengthen Tzeirei Agudas Chabad... both in the Tel Aviv branch and also in the Jerusalem branch, may it be rebuilt and established.
