קבלתי מכתבו בהנוגע לביקורו בבי"ס הרשת בכפר סבא ונהניתי מזה. ובודאי ימשיך ויבקר גם בשאר בתי הספר, ויודיע ממצבם.
ובודאי למותר לעוררו שהביקור יהי' בדרכי נועם ושלום, מבלי לעורר רעש על אתר, ועאכו"כ בפני התלמידים - אם גם ימצאו שם ענינים שאינם מתאימים לפי דעתו, כי הרי מוכרח שהתלמידים ידעו וישמעו לקול המלמד והמורה שלהם -.
ועל של עתה באתי - לתת לש"ב הרה"ח הרע"ז שי' סלונים את הספרים שיבקש מאתו. וכן לתת להרה"ח כו' ליב שי' זלמנוב התניא'ס שיבקש אצלו, על מנת לתתם בתור מתנה לאיזה מאנשי הצבא. ות"ח על טרחתו בזה.
בודאי יתועדו כדבעי בכל קצוי אה"ק ת"ו בים הבהיר י"ט כסלו הבע"ל. ות"ח אם יבשרני טובות, בפרטיות המתאימה, עד"ז.
למרות מ"ש ע"ד הפצה, מצטער הנני כי כנראה אינה במדה המתאימה כלל וכלל.
ואפשר כדאי הי' לעשות מכירה בתנאים נוחים למשך זמן, היינו מין ראספראדאזשא, כי מה תועלת שיהי' הספרים מונחים ונמכרים בכמות פחותה יותר. מובן שגם מכירה זו - ראספראדאזשא - צ"ל במחירים מתאימים, שיש להזהר שלא יטעו לומר אשר שוויים של הספרים הוא זה. ואחכה לבשו"ט.

I received your letter regarding your visit to the Reshet school in Kfar Saba and I was pleased by it. Certainly you will continue and visit the other schools as well, and inform me of their situation.
It is surely unnecessary to remind you that the visit should be conducted pleasantly and peacefully, without causing a commotion on site—especially in front of the students—even if you find matters there that do not align with your opinion. It is essential that the students know to listen to their teacher and instructor.
Now to my main point: Please give to Shabsei Ber Haraha"ch Harav Eliezer Zalman Shlita Slonim the books he requests from you. Likewise, give to Haraha"ch etc. Leib Shlita Zalmanov the Tanya volumes he requests from you, so that he may give them as gifts to some soldiers. Thank you very much for your effort in this matter.
Certainly proper gatherings will be held throughout all corners of Eretz HaKodesh on the upcoming bright day of Yud-Tes Kislev. Thank you if you inform me of good news, with appropriate detail, accordingly.
Despite what you wrote about distribution, I am sorry because apparently it is not at all at a suitable level. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to hold a sale under favorable conditions for a period of time—a kind of raspradazha (general discounted sale)—for what benefit is there if the books just sit and are sold in smaller quantities? Of course this sale—raspradazha—should also be at appropriate prices; care must be taken so people do not mistakenly think that this is the true value of the books.
