Apparently, his words are correct, as I have been informed here. The local rabbis have promised him to fix what needs fixing, but I am concerned that this may be delayed and over time may become an old issue again, etc. I rely on your understanding to find suitable ways to ensure the mikveh is repaired as soon as possible.
