In response to your letter from Parshas Vayishlach regarding your desire to organize a fundraising campaign in the country of England: Today I have again written about this to Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z Moharavtz sheyichyeh, the shadar (emissary), and you can immediately correspond with him.
Certainly you held farbrengens on Yud-Tes Kislev as well as during the days of Hanukkah in an appropriate manner, and surely you will not withhold the good by informing me about this in detail.
It is well known how much my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, endeavored to involve in such matters even those who are currently abroad. This is also precisely the meaning of Mashiach's answer: "Yafutzu Maayanosecha Chutzah" (Your wellsprings will spread outward).
