Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter informing me about your health situation, that you are feeling fatigued and the doctor wants to perform tests, etc., and you ask my opinion—I permit you to comply and do the tests.
Regarding the fatigue—be careful with eating breakfast (pas shel shacharit), and from time to time study some Torah, whether in Nigleh or Chassidus, in a way that you will simply enjoy it. "And it will be healing for your navel and marrow for your bones."
When I am at the Ohel of my father-in-law the Rebbe, I will mention you and your wife for proper health. I hope you will inform me of good news in this regard.
It is surprising that you do not mention anything about your spiritual health. Perhaps you have heard the story of one of the American Jews who came to ask my father-in-law the Rebbe's advice regarding his lumber business. After answering him on this matter, my father-in-law continued to guide him in matters of Torah and mitzvos. The man said that this was not what he had asked about. My father-in-law replied: "Kolapei leya! (On the contrary!) In business where you are an expert and it does not pertain to me—you ask my advice. But in Torah and mitzvos, which are among my main concerns and those of my ancestors—in this you do not ask?" Of course, this case is not at all similar—but still, I have more connection to learning Gemara-Peirushei-Tosafos (Gaf"t) and Chassidus than to medical wisdom. So—kolapei leya?
With blessings for a speedy recovery and proper health for you and your wife.

Summary
The Rebbe advises following medical guidance while emphasizing that spiritual well-being—through Torah study and mitzvah observance—is equally vital for true health. He encourages balancing physical care with attention to one's spiritual state.
