In response to your letter informing me that you are preparing to move to Eretz HaKodesh, may it be built and established, and requesting a blessing, I hereby send my blessings that your journey will take place at the proper time, smoothly and easily, and that you will settle there in a manner fitting both materially and spiritually.

Surely you know the saying of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m: one must make from Eretz Yisrael a true Holy Land. And since it is a general rule in holiness that "lefum gamla shichna" (according to the camel is its load), certainly you too will reflect on this and strive to fulfill the words of the Rebbe—our Nasi—my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m.

Surely you have fixed times for Torah study in general, and especially in learning the teachings of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, in addition to those lessons that are accessible to all as explained in Moreh Shiur.
