מה של שיפרין נסתדר.
זה לא מכבר נודעתי, שהי' כו"כ שנים בליובאוויטש, או נסע לשם. ומהנכון ביותר שירשום מה שזוכר ברור משיחות הק' ממה שלא נכנס בתורת שלום וישלח לכאן. כי תקותי, שבמשך הזמן, סו"ס ידפיסו מילואים לתו"ש ויזכה עי"ז את הרבים.

Your letter from the 28th of Nissan has reached me. As for why the kuntres for Pesach was not also sent in your name—surely you did not inform whether you received the previous kuntres sent to you, which cast doubt on the dictation. Enclosed is the kuntres for Lag BaOmer, and certainly you will merit to benefit the public with it; please inform me of the arrangements regarding this, as it will bring satisfaction before my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita.
The matter concerning Shifrin has been arranged. Not long ago I learned that he spent several years in Lubavitch or traveled there. It would be most appropriate for him to record what he clearly remembers from the holy talks that were not included in Toras Shalom and send them here. For I hope that over time supplements will eventually be printed for Toras Shalom, and through this he will merit to benefit many.
Regarding the letters of the Sefer Torah—the committee for the Sefer Torah will be informed after they hold a meeting.
