In response to your letters from the 13th and 16th of Kislev:

a) Surely you have already received my responses through HaRav HaChasid etc. R. Y. Weinberg. Please ensure that you do everything possible on your end regarding organizing the lists and giving the necessary encouragement.

b) The fifty lira sent via Mrs. Pardes was received and delivered as instructed. The receipts for the Sefer Torah dedication will reach us in these days.

c) The printing matters you requested were sent to you some time ago.

d) The documents regarding D'Shema'tza and the notices for Mr. Piller have surely already been received. Enclosed are copies of two letters to the Talmud Torah. No reply has been received from them so far.

e) Upon receiving back the D'Shema'tza documents, I will send them—if they do not already have them—the D'Simchas Torah documents and those for the 10th of Kislev.

f) Your request regarding the holy community has been forwarded; you will receive a private response.

g) We read with great pleasure about your activities and those of all the Temimim in matters concerning Machaneh Yisrael and Melachah Chayei Olam. However, what can we do when my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, demands that everyone increase their strength each day beyond what was done before? In his words quoting Admor Maharash: "If good is good, is better not better?"—surely you and your colleagues will act accordingly.

h) On this occasion Likkutei Torah and Tanya were sent for Rabbi Hirshhorn as per your request.

i) When we write to "HaNesher" and to the rabbis you mention in your letter we will inform you; for several reasons this has been delayed so far.

j) Surely you will inform us about the celebration of Yud-Tes Kislev in your community.
