בשמחה נודעתי, ע"י הרה"ח הוו"ח וכו' מוהרב"צ שי' אשר נתייסד במחנם ביה"ס לנערות "בית שרה". ותיכף הודעתי עד"ז לברוקלין ג"כ. ומשם יקבלו ג"כ תכנית למודים וספרי לימוד. ובודאי גם עד אז יסדרו את סדר הלמודים באופן הנאות.
גם אם,מהטעמים שביאר לי הררב"צ; אין כבו' עומד באופן רשמי בראש ביה"ס הנ"ל לע"ע, אבל הוא רק הוא, בתור שלוח מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א במחנו, האחראי בעד הנהגת מוסד זה וכפי רצון מייסד ה"מרכז לעניני חינוך" הוא כ"ק מו"ח אד"ש. ובטח ישתדלו בהגדלת מספר התלמידות וכו', ויודיעו מפרטי הענינים בהצלחה.

It was with joy that I learned, through Haraha"ch vavac"h etc. Mehorab"tz, that a girls' school "Beit Sarah" has been established in your camp. I immediately informed Brooklyn as well. From there you will also receive a curriculum and textbooks. Certainly, by then you will have arranged the study program appropriately.
Even if, for the reasons explained to me by Harab"tz, you are not officially at the head of the above-mentioned school at present, still it is only you who, as the emissary of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe shlita in our camp, are responsible for directing this institution according to the will of the founder of Merkaz L’Inyanei Chinuch—my revered father-in-law ad sheyichyeh.
Surely you will strive to increase the number of students and so forth, and you will inform me of details regarding these matters with success.
