Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 22nd of Adar which was received recently, in which you write about your wife's health concern.
It is possible that not all the mezuzot are kosher or that they were affixed improperly. In any case, she should completely dismiss any thoughts about dreams because they have no substance, as our Sages say: "Dreams neither elevate nor lower." She should strengthen herself in conduct appropriate to the directives of our Torah—the Torah of life—and in fulfilling its mitzvot about which it is said "and you shall live by them." May Hashem grant you success in fulfilling your heart's desires for good. The more trust is placed in Hashem and the above conduct is strengthened, the more blessing will increase.
With blessing for good news in all the above.
In the name of the Lubavitcher Rebbe shlita.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that one should ensure mezuzot are kosher and properly affixed, disregard troubling dreams as insignificant, and strengthen trust in Hashem and observance of Torah and mitzvot to draw increased blessing and success.
