ס'איז זייער גלייך די סברא וואס דו שרייבסט אין דיין בריף, אז דו זאלסט לערנען אין דער כתה, א גאנצען טאג לימודי קדש, און אויך נאך דעם פארזעצען אין לימודי קדש, ווי דו שרייבסט א שעה אדער אנדערהאלבען מיט איינעם אלס רבי. אבער ס'איז אויך זייער נויטיג, אז אויך נאכדעם זאלסט דו האבען א חבר, אדער אפילו א עלטערן, מיט וועמען צו איבער'חזר'ן די שוין געלערנטע און וויסען גוט, און ניט לערנען נייע זאבען.
און השם יתברך זאל דיר מצליח זיין צו זיין פון די ערשטע, צו ווייזען אין מעלבורן און בכלל אין אויסטראליע, צו אנ"ש און אויך צו אלע אחינו בני ישראל, אז א בחור וואס יעדער אידישער קינד, ווערט אנגערופען בן אברהם יצחק ויעקב, דארף לערנען אמווייניגסטען עטליכע יאר נאר לימודי קדש, אויסער דעם וואס דאס שטעלט עם אוועק אויפן ריכטיגען ארט, און גרייט עם צו צו זיין גליקליך אין לעבען, ניט נאר ברוחניות נאר אויך בגשמיות, און צו האבען פון עם נחת, אמת'ן נחת, סיי די עלטערן, גוטע פריינט און די הנהלה פון דער ישיבה איינגעשלאסען.
וואס דו שרייבסט וועגען פארען לערנען אין א ישיבה, באה"ק ת"ו אדער דא.
איז נאכדעם ווי דו וועסט אנהאלטען דעם אויבען געזאגטען סדר, זייענדיג אין מלעבורן, א יאר אדער צוויי, וואס דורך דעם וועט אויך באפעסטיגט ווערען די אויבען געזאגטע אויפפירונג, אז א אידישער בחור דארף זיך אזוי אויפפירען, וועט דענסטמאל קומען אין באטראכט אויך דיין פארלאנג ווי אויבען געזאגט.
ויהי רצון אז דו זאלסט טאן דאס בשמחה וטוב לבב און דיינע עלטערן שי' זאלן האבן פון דיר פיל אמת'ן נחת, וואס דאס איז אידישער חסידות'שער נחת.

This is in response to your letter in which you write various considerations regarding how to continue your studies given the difficulties of the current arrangement. Your suggestion in your letter is very appropriate: that you should study in the class a full day of Limudei Kodesh (holy studies), and also afterwards continue with Limudei Kodesh, as you write—an hour or an hour and a half with someone as a teacher. However, it is also very necessary that even after this you should have a friend, or even a parent, with whom to review what has already been learned and know it well, without learning new material.
And may Hashem Yisbarach grant you success to be among the first to show in Melbourne and generally in Australia—to Anash and also to all our Jewish brethren—that a bochur (student), every Jewish child who is called a son of Avraham Yitzchak and Yaakov, must learn at least several years only Limudei Kodesh. Besides the fact that this puts him on the right path and prepares him to be happy in life—not only spiritually but also materially—and brings true nachas (pleasure) to his parents, good friends, and the administration of the yeshiva included.
Regarding what you write about studying in a yeshiva in Eretz HaKodesh or here: After you maintain the above-mentioned schedule while being in Melbourne for a year or two—which will also strengthen the above-mentioned conduct that a Jewish bochur should behave this way—then your request as mentioned above will be considered.
May it be G‑d's will that you do this with joy and gladness of heart, and may your parents have much true nachas from you—which is Jewish chassidic nachas.
