איך בין געווען צופרידען צו באקומען אייער בריף פון כ"ג חשון אין וועלכען איר שרייבט וועגען אייער כוונה און רצון צו גרינדען אן ארגון נשי חב"ד במחנם הט'.
און חאטש דער ערשטער פרוב איז ניט (אינגאצען) געלונגען, בין איך אבער זיכער אז איר וועט זיך ניט אפשרעקען און נאך אמאל צונויפריידן זיך טאן אין דעם, און השם יתברך זאל העלפען איר זאלט טאן מיט הארציקייט און ווארימקייט וועט דאס געפינען א אפקלאנג און וועט מצליח זיין.
פארשטענדליך אז דער צוגאנג און דער אינהאלט פון די רייד, איז ניט אומעדום דאס זעלבע, ווארום עס ווענדעט זיך אין די מענטשן וועלכע געפינען זיך אין דעם ארט, און דעריבער איז גוט צונויפריידן זיך פריער צווישן זיך און אויך מיט אייערע מענער הרבנים שיחיו, וועלכע קענען דעם צושטאנד און קענען געבן א עצה ווי צו-צוטרעטען אין א אופן צו פאראינטערעסירן די פרויען און צוציען זיי, אז עס זאל האבען א קיום ואדרבה עס זאל וואקסען און גרעסער ווערען פון צייט צו צייט.
און וויבאלד אט די ארבעט איז העכסט וויכטיג אומעדום און אין א גרעסערע מאס נויטיגער אין די ערטער וואו עס קומען אן נייע עולים, און מ'דארף פארזיכערען אז זיי זאלען איינשטעלען זייער ארט לעבען אויפ'ן אידישען וועג און בפרט בארצנו הקדושה ת"ו אויף וועלכער עס שטייט, עיני ה' אלקיך בה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית שנה,
זאל השם יתברך העלפען עס זאל זיין לויטן פתגם רז"ל יגעת ומצאת, און מיר גייען דאך אריין אין דעם חדש כסלו, חדש הנסים והגאולה.

I was pleased to receive your letter from the 23rd of Cheshvan in which you write about your intention and desire to found a Nshei Chabad organization in your camp. Although the first attempt was not entirely successful, I am certain that you will not be discouraged and will once again join together to take action in this matter. May Hashem Yisbarach help that you do so with warmth and heartfelt enthusiasm; this will resonate and bring success.
It is understood that the approach and content of the words are not always the same, as it depends on the people present in that place. Therefore, it is good to first consult among yourselves and also with your husbands, the rabbis shiyichyu, who know the situation and can advise how to approach things in a way that will interest and attract the women so that it will have lasting impact—and even more so, that it should grow greater from time to time.
Since this work is extremely important everywhere—and even more necessary in places where new immigrants arrive—it is essential to ensure they establish their lives according to the Jewish way, especially in our Holy Land upon which it is written: "Einei Hashem Elokecha bah meireishit hashanah ve'ad acharit shanah" (the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year until year's end). May Hashem Yisbarach help that it be as our Sages say: "Yagata u'matzata" (you have labored and found). And we are now entering the month of Kislev—the month of miracles and redemption.
