ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בכל הענינים אודותם כותב וגם באלו שמזכיר שעומד בספק להם, וכידוע מאמר החכם בלשון "הודאי שמו כן תהלתו", שעניני איש הישראלי הם סו"ס בודאות (כציווי לדבקה בדרכיו), ומובן ג"כ בפשיטות כיון שעניניו קשורים בתורתנו שהרי תורת חיים היא ויש למצוא בה הוראה לכל עניני החיים לפרטיהם ופרטי פרטיהם, ובפרט ע"פ המבואר בתורת הבעל שם טוב עניני השגחה איך שהוא גם בפרטים הכי קטנים לכאורה וק"ל.
ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל מתוך שמחה ובאופן דמוסיף והולך וכנקודה דחנוכה לה אנו מתקרבים.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 23rd of Marcheshvan. May it be G‑d's will that you share good news in all the matters about which you write, including those where you mention uncertainty. As is known from the saying of the wise man in the phrase "HaVadai Shemo Ken Tehilato" (Certainty is His name, so is His praise), a Jewish person's matters are ultimately certain (as we are commanded to cleave to His ways). It is also simply understood that since your affairs are connected with our Torah—which is a Torah of life—one can find guidance in it for every aspect of life, down to their finest details. This is especially true according to what is explained in the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov regarding Divine Providence, how it extends even to seemingly minor details, and this is clear.
May it be G‑d's will that you share good news in all the above with joy and in an ever-increasing manner, like the theme of Chanukah which we are approaching.
With blessings for success in your holy work—education on the purity of holiness—and to share only good news regarding all mentioned above.
